Just Released! 2026 Implementation Report
The 2026 Period Positive Workplace Implementation Report surveyed implementing managers across certified organizations. The report focuses on what implementation strategies have worked well, the challenges organizations have faced, and the real cost of providing period products for employees. Managers continue to report positive shifts in workplace culture, including reduced menstrual stigma and improved team morale.
2025 Impact Report
The second Period Positive Workplace impact report shares key insights from employees & managers. PPW employees reported improved productivity, attendance, and overall experience of managing menstruation at work. Managers reported that the PPW initiated new conversations about menstruation, improved health awareness, and improved workplace culture. 90% of PPWs implemented additional menstrual health programming beyond the requirements of the certification.
2024 Impact Report
In February 2024, Period Positive Workplaces participated in our first-ever survey to assess the impact of their certification. Period Positive Workplaces report increased employee satisfaction, better public perception, and ease of implementing period product access at their organizations.
